Kourt D. Williams is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Commercial Capital & Business (CC&B) Solutions, Inc. He is one of the founding co-owners of the company, established in January of 2006. Dr. Williams is primarily responsible for the development and execution of CC&B's strategic direction and capitalizing on emerging opportunities within the industry. He has over 25 years of industry experience in strategic planning, finance, economic analysis, and business development.  

Prior to the founding of CC&B Solutions, Inc., Dr. Williams enjoyed successful dual careers as an Executive Consultant and Real Estate Broker. He is a Certified Business Broker, Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist, a Certified Cash Flow Consultant, and a Qualified Kingdom Advisor. He is a member of the California Business Brokers Association, the California Association Mortgage Brokers, the National Association of Realtors, the American Cash Flow Association, the Academy of Certified Consultants and Experts, and Kingdom Advisors (formerly Christian Financial Professionals Network). He earned a bachelors degree in Mathematics from UCLA, a masters degree in Business Administration from National University, and a PhD in Education Administration with a specialization in Educational Leadership and Higher Education from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln.
