Lynette Rentie has more than 20 years experience in Human Resources Management across various industries including entertainment, the non-profit sector, and financial services. She has managed and/or provided direct support to several functions including staffing and recruiting, employee relations, and corporate acquisitions and mergers. Lynette has provided industry leadership at HBO Los Angeles, Novocom, Inc., Transamerica Corporation, The Disney Channel, The Employers Group, and the Getty Center, to name a few.

Lynette's passion lies in motivating people to action and helping them to discover and express their current worth, future potential and intrinsic value. She has developed award-winning programs and workshops focusing on job transition and career planning. She is a certified SPHR through the Society of Human Resources Management and a graduate of the UCLA Extension Certificate Program for Human Resources Management.
