Kevin Russell is the President and CEO of Gibraltar Commercial Properties, Inc. Gibraltar provides both advisory and investment consulting services to US and international corporations, venture investment consortiums and investment partnerships. Kevin assists clients with the acquisition, disposition, and repositioning of their assets, market feasibility assessments, financial due diligence, underwriting and deal negotiations with principals, venture capital and investment banking firms.

Kevin's experience and expertise lies in advising investment groups, partnerships, high net worth individuals, syndications and investment entities.  Prior to Gibraltar Commercial Properties, he spent several years with Marcus & Millichap as a Commercial Real Estate Investment Broker specializing in Multi-Family sales. He has over 20 years of professional experience as an International Management Consultant and Investment Banker, having worked with IBM Consulting, Price Waterhouse, KPMG and with Ericsson holds the international and distinguished designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Kevin earned a Bachelor’s degree in Management Science from California State University of Northridge and a Master in Business Administration degree from University of Texas at Austin. He also completed the Executive Management and Leadership Development Program at Southern Methodist University's Cox School of Business and the coveted Turner Construction – Turner School of Construction Management Program.
